We’re going to start with Veteran’s Day, Thursday November 11th. If you’re not aware, Lynn has excellent veteran’s services. Here’s the info straight off of the city’s own web site:
“The Lynn Department of Veterans Services is a one-stop shop for veterans and their families in need of information or assistance in obtaining any federal state or local veterans benefit to which they may be entitled. Our goal is to provide this service with the dignity and these men and women have earned through their service to the nation.

At 11:00am, The Lynn Department of Veteran’s Services will hold a Veteran’s Day Ceremony in Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium in Lynn City Hall.

Head to the Lynn Woods Penny Brook Road entrance at 11am for an informative Geology Hike lead by Ed Myskowski. It should be done around 1pm.
