Wednesday, 11/21

1. DJ Jimmy Ice provides the soundtrack to Lynnway Sportcenter’s pre-Thanksgiving Day party, on the Lynnway, starting 7pm.

2. Speak Up at Walnut Street Cafe features Martha Reed Johnson at #157, 7:30pm.

3. Tatiana’s annual pre-Thanksgiving Day Jam begins tonight with free turkey (!?!?!) at 70 Market Street.

4. Time Tunnel plays Olympic Gardens, 41 Buffum Street, at 9pm.

5. Reunite with old friends tonight at the Sand Bar with the 80’s Reunion Band, 714 Washington Street, 9pm.

6. MSF Band plays the Brickyard at 163 Blossom Street, 9pm.

Thursday, 11/22

Eat turkey or Tofurkey® and maybe watch some football or whatever. Many bars are sticking with regularly scheduled programming, others are not. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

1. Hayley Reardon returns to Walnut Street Cafe, #157 at 7:30pm.

2. DJ Brian Halligan‘s residency at Cirque will also feature DJ Chris Ewen (Heroes, the orig. Campus at Man Ray, etc) for a special night called Black Celebration. 9pm, 47 Central.

2. Drivin’ Blind is at Celley’s Pub, 742 Western Ave, 9pm.

3. Tokyo Tramps are at Sand Bar with Regressing to Apes, 714 Washington Street, 9pm.

4. Avalanche at O’Brien’s, 829 Boston Street, almost in Saugus but on the better side, 9pm.

5. The Looking Back Band looks back at Rolly’s Tavern in Wyoma Square, 338 Broadway, 9pm.
