Here is a quick update on recent downtown Lynn loft rentals. We just rented these three beauties this month!
New Sherry Block Lofts – 170 Oxford St., Unit 203
This is a pretty and spacious 1,200 square foot 2 bed/1 bath unit with one parking space, in-unit washer dryer, central AC, and a private storage unit in the building. This unit rented for $1,600 with no utilities included. The lovely couple who will be renting this unit are relocating from the incredible city of Detroit. They are excited to live in downtown Lynn, and we are excited to have them!
Exchange Lofts – 70 Exchange St., Unit 202
We feel that this unit has some extra “WOW” power! The space itself is on the smaller side, but quite stunning. It is a 680 square foot 1 bed/1 bath unit with soaring ceilings, in-unit washer dryer, central AC, and loads of sunlight. The coolest features of this loft are all about maximizing space. There is a cozy sleeping loft above the main bedroom that guests can ascend to at the end of the day. We also love the small efficient office that it is masterfully built into a custom floor to ceiling storage system; when one isn’t working the cabinet doors can be closed and the office simply disappears. Brilliant! This unit rented for $1,400 with no parking and no utilities.
The new tenant relocated from Somerville and is blown away by the uniqueness of lofts available in downtown Lynn, not to mention the 20 minute commuter rail ride from DTL into Boston!
The Lofts at Central Square – 7 Central Sq., Unit 204
The coolest thing about this space is the view overlooking Central Square with the train platform and DTL skyline as the backdrop. I’d say it’s a pretty awesome urban view, especially when the sky gets all gorgeous around sunset! This unit is unique in that the living/dining/kitchen area is basically one long open space stretching toward the large windows overlooking Central Square. The unit is 1,155 square feet with 2 beds/1 bath and central AC. Parking and in-unit washer/ dryer hookup are not included. This unit rented for $1,500 with no utilities. The tenant relocated from the Sacramento area and chose downtown Lynn to get more bang for his buck while still enjoying close proximity to Boston. We couldn’t agree more with his decision making!
Please be sure to say hello and give these new residents a warm welcome into the neighborhood!
