*They could put “Pondview” sings up all over the building and it won’t stop people from calling it Briarcliff. The reason for that may also be the 2,382,527 places across the country already called Pondview. (Disclaimer: That number is completely made up, but at least I took the time to make something up, unlike the folks who decided to change the name to Pondview.)
