The Hearing on Union Hospital starts in the second clip. The loud fans in the first clip only last through the first 3 minutes and 30 seconds of the Public Hearing in the second clip. Thanks to Ward 6 Councilor Peter Capano for yanking the plug on the fans. The audience wants to be cool, but why be there at all if you can’t hear?
