Let’s start with Friday. There were a lot of Halloween parties at Lynn establishments on October 30th. Your LynnHappens editor was DJ’ing one at Walnut Street Cafe. Rocky Horror was screening at the Lynn Auditorium (new window).

On Halloween itself, before heading out to a few places in search of good costumes, I received a tip to check out this house on Greenwood Ave. in Pine Hill. There wasn’t much light left to work with, but here’s something.

I quickly dropped into Trio’s, newly opened where Tatiana’s was on Market Street. The friendly staff weren’t in costume, so here’s a photo of a margarita!

Next, I went to see what was happening at Bruno’s, but their Halloween Party was Friday night. Here’s a shot of the decor. The chef was in costume, but he was busy in the kitchen!

Buchanan Cafe also had its official Halloween party the night before, but costumed patrons still turned up! They loved the camera, too.

I got to the Four Winds just as a big crowd left. Soul Jam Steve was on the keys.

Last stop of the night was a near-capacity Lazy Dog with 80’s Reunion Band. This is one Halloween party I didn’t miss:
