From MassDevelopment –
MassDevelopment’s Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) is a redevelopment program for Gateway Cities designed to enhance local public-private engagement and community identity; stimulate an improved quality of life for local residents; and spur increased investment and economic activity.
The Lynn TDI Partnership, comprised of representatives from The City of Lynn, Non-profit organizations and Local Businesses is hosting a planning implementation initiative centered around goals for potential streetscape improvements, place-making strategies, land use and development opportunities to attract new investment in the Downtown Lynn area.
As a follow up to this engagement and as an opportunity to solicit additional feedback from the community and present recent findings, we are scheduling a public community meeting for Tuesday March 15 from 6PM to 8PM at the Lynn Museum, 590 Washington St., Lynn. We hope you might be able to attend and participate.
Attached is a copy of the invitation and a map of our Downtown focus area.
Please feel free to forward this invitation to your friends, neighbors or anyone you think might be interested in learning more about the Lynn Downtown district.
Thank you for your support of this initiative and we hope to see you on March 15!
