Opponents of new Pit Bull ordinance line up to speak
City Council video from 7-13-10. This video is in excess of three hours and some compromises in playback quality had to be made as a result. However, the sound is still clear. UPDATE: The “Fatal Error” issue is resolved. Also, it is possible to skip ahead on buffered video only. Otherwise, you will be sent back to the beginning. Allow the video some time to buffer, and only click ahead on the darkened portion of the video progress bar and it will work just fine. Thanks!
