“Art Salon Boston” Comes to The Little Gallery Under The Stairs in DTL Sunday

This upcoming Sunday, October 11th, Art Salon Boston will be meeting at The Little Gallery under the Stairs, 24 Exchange Street, from 10am -12 noon.
The Salon, started by artist Donna Dodson in her Jamaica Plain studio, is now on the road, and its third stop is The Little Gallery Under The Stairs.
Every month artists of all disciplines and creative professionals (architects, authors, professors, etc.) get together to discuss topics relevant to the arts.
Last month’s salon was hosted by the AXIOM Gallery in Jamaica Plain.
This month’s suggested topic is “Storytelling in the arts: The importance of the artist’s story; does it get lost in the gallery system?”
Each salon starts with brief introductions, followed by discussion, and then a time for networking, sharing cards and promoting upcoming events.
Artist Ellen Shattuck Pierce’s work is on display this month at the gallery as well.
TLGUTS director Jocelyn Almy-Testa says “Please feel free to bring a snack to share, and bring a friend!”
