Political Ties Roundtable at Lynn Museum Nov. 13
Jennifer Nassour, former Chairwoman of the Massachusetts Republican Party and John Walsh, current Chairman of the Massachusetts Democratic Party will discuss the political implications of “What just happened?” with a look at who won and why, and a look ahead to what the election results might mean for the future.
Moderated by Attorney James J. Carrigan, the Political Ties Roundtable is part of a series of forums designed to provide an exchange of ideas between experts and the public. The forum will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 6:00 pm. Immediately following the program there will be a reception for the public to mingle with the speakers.
Attendees are also invited to explore the Lynn Museum’s newly-renovated space and exhibitions including an expanded exhibit of Lynn’s history and a focus exhibition of propaganda from WWI through the Cold War.
Admission to the Political Ties Roundtable is $10 for Lynn Museum members and $15 for non-members. Student admission is free. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at the Museum.
Proceeds from the forum help to pay for the Museum’s educational programs, such as the Holiday Family Day on December 1, 2012. For more information on this and other exciting Lynn Museum events, please call 781-581-6200 or visit www.lynnmuseum.org.
