Video of the Ordinance Committee on November 27, 2012. Usually, LynnHappens would cover the License Commission at the Police Station meeting room at this same time, but a news judgement was made that there would be substantial public interest in this issue. The camera arrived approximately a minute after the meeting began, which is evident in the first three minutes of somewhat shaky footage.
