On November 18, 2013 Girls Incorporated of Lynn, a nonprofit organization on the North Shore that offers enrichment programs to underserved girls, ages 5-18, announced this year’s four (4) newest board members. Deb Ansourlian, Executive Director, expressed enthusiasm in welcoming the four new board members. She is excited about the diversity of professional and personal experiences that each new, and continuing, board member, will bring. “Each and every board member adds immeasurable value and I have every confidence that we can all effectively collaborate in moving Girls Inc. of Lynn through its next phase of growth and development.”
The four new board members are: Lauren Carr, Director of Communications, Proposals, and Stewardship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; Dominic Ferrari, Senior Consultant leading Information Security and Privacy Compliance, University of Massachusetts Medical School; Susie P. Moniz, Esq. , partner in the law firm of Moniz and Mendes, P.C.; and Kathleen A. Tucker , senior vice president at Fidelity Investments in Boston. Re-elected to the board this year are: Annalisa Di Palma, President, Donna Richemond, Vice President, Roxann Cooke, Treasurer, Julia Greene, Clerk; and Martha Acworth, Lorin Buksa, Anina Butler, Andrea Cox, Sara Mahoney, Chris Meninno, Lynn Mizner, Alix Smullin, Janet Sweeney and Youth Members, Eseosa Asiruwa and Phoebe Jean.
