Join Limitless Fitness Lynn for a 45 minute bootcamp session! It will be taking place outside the Café on the right side patio.
The bootcamp will be a traditional calisthenics and bodyweight workout, combining HIIT and strength training. These classes are designed to push clients harder than they would on their own, and are ideal for someone looking to improve their strength, endurance, and overall physical performance.
Their will be a brief Q&A in the Café immediately following where you will have the opportunity to meet Pamela Sargent. She is the owner and the mind behind it all!
