Nightshade, a North Shore based pop up restaurant, will be hosting their fourth Event! Inspired by modern cooking, focused on supporting local producers, and influenced by the flavors of Vietnam, Nightshade presents a dynamic experience for the senses.
Created by two of Boston’s industry talents: Chef/Owner Rachel Miller, former Chef de Cuisine of Clio, Bondir, and TW Food, and Beverage Director Kelsey McCallan, Sommelier at Catalyst in Kendall Square

Chilled Summer Squash Velouté: fried cornmeal, jalapeno froth, loveage
Beef Tartare: cucumber, marsh shrimp, iceberg, boiled peanuts
Mackerel in Dill Caramel: potato bread, betel leaf, sweet peppers, wild mushrooms
Chocolate Rice: blackberry, rose geranium, sweet cream
