Every year, MAA artist members create a piece for sale at the Abbot Hall MAA booth during the Marblehead Festival of Arts Fourth of July weekend. This year we are asking our artists to create Signs of Summer!
Pick up a wooden “sign” at the MAA shop for a $10 fee and be creative with it. Add paint, decoupaged photos, 3-D material etc… for indoor or protected outdoor use. Add some wording (optional). Please finish the back and side surfaces and sign your name on it.
There are only about 20 qty “signs” available so pick yours up today! (you may provide your own wooden sign approximate size no larger than 14″ either width or height at no charge)
Finished “signs” should be returned to the MAA June 20-June 27.
We can’t wait to show off the best work of our MAA artist members with these Signs of Summer at the Artisan’s Marketplace. All proceeds of this fundraiser go to benefit the annual MAA Scholarship fund.
