After spending much of eight years teaching abroad, poets Chaun Ballard & Tara Ballard present work that document some of the great complexities of our time, highlighting the everyday wonders of human endurance & cementing national & international history in the very making.
Chaun Ballard‘s chapbook, Flight, won the 2018 Sunken Garden Poetry Prize & is published by Tupelo Press. His poetry can be found in Anomaly, Columbia Poetry Review, Frontier, Pittsburgh Poetry Review, Rattle, & other literary magazines. Poems have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize & Best of the Net.
Tara Ballard‘s collection, House of the Night Watch, won the 2016 Many Voices Project prize in poetry & will be published this fall by New Rivers Press. Tara’s poetry has been included in Bellingham Review, Poetry Northwest, The Southampton Review, Salamander, & other literary magazines.
