Public hearing set down for public art

The City Council’s Ordinance and Rules Committee agreed on a public hearing regarding “A Proposed Ordinance Creating a Public Arts Commission in the City of Lynn.” The hearing is most likely to take place September 2nd (awaiting confirmation on that).
